from the The Lectionary According to the Christian Seasons 1 Corinthians 5:1-8 1 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, of such a kind as is not so much as even named among the Gentiles: that one should have his father's wife. 2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. 3 For I verily, though absent in body but present in spirit, have judged already as though I were present concerning him who hath so done this deed: 4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, I being there in spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 deliver such a one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the Day of the Lord Jesus. 6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? 7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ, our Passover, is sacrificed for us. 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. Psalm 5

6 And it came to pass also on another Sabbath, that He entered into the synagogue and taught. And there was a man whose right hand was withered. 7 And the scribes and Pharisees watched Him to see whether He would heal on the Sabbath day, that they might find an accusation against Him. 8 But He knew their thoughts, and said to the man who had the withered hand,
And he arose and stood forth. 9 Then said Jesus unto them,
10 And looking round about upon them all, He said unto the man,
And he did so, and his hand was restored whole as the other. 11 And they were filled with madness, and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus. Words of Wisdom - Proverbs 25:28
Jesus Speaks Morals & Values - Matthew 18:21-22 Then Peter came to Him and said, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?" And Jesus said unto him,
